What an amazing service from Neil Young. I rang him up at 1.30 pm to see if he could fix my computer. I was worried that it would take a couple of weeks for the turnaround. Thanks very much for all the 'techno' info and the fantastic upgrade you have done for me. My brother is a computer whiz but lives 250 miles away and I have spent many, many hours on the phone to him trying to help me out. Now I have no need, as a phone call to Neil is the simple answer, he is very knowledgeable and gives great advice, not at all patronising or condescending. He also explains things well - over and over again if necessary, with great patience. I cannot recommend him enough to everyone I know with a computer.

Aged, short-sighted and with a memory span of a goldfish, I was very anxious about launching myself into Cyberspace for fear of being laughed at, and because I simply did not know where to begin. I didn't know a gigabyte from a Google, or a flat screen TV from a computer. NTS Computing were the answer. Neil came to my house to assess my requirements. He didn't patronise me or call me, "Sweetheart", but took my disabilities and my inexperience seriously. He produced the appropriate equipment with the programmes I required already installed. He set up the internet for me, too. I am now looking at lighthouses off Scotland's stormy shores from the comfort of my armchair. I can participate more readily now in the wider world. I am most grateful to Neil of NTS.
