What makes NTS Computing different?
We are passionate about computers, and go out of our way to ensure customers are happy with the services they have received from us.
We started trading as far too many people were being "ripped-off". As a business, we do need to make money, but we do it honestly. We never change you more than the time worked on your computer and we will never sell you anything you don't need. We are cheaper than all our competitors and are often more flexible too, working at a time to suit you.
What is our charging structure?
We operate a simple charging structure. We have a minimum charge of 1 hours labour,
and if we come to you, an extra charge is made for the call out fee. Additional labour is charged in 30 minute increments. Its as simple as that !
Other services may have a fixed fee or a different pricing structure. Where these apply, they will be clearly stated.

What is our catchment area?
We have a two tier catchment area:
- 7 Mile radius of Frome
This covers Frome and its immediately surrounding villages - 12 Mile radius of Frome
This is a 5 mile extension to our immediate catchment area which covers the villages a little further away. It also covers the towns of Shepton Mallet, Radstock, Midsomer- Norton, Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster and Bruton.
There is an additional cost applied to the callout, for customers living in this area.
